Are your products ready stocks?
Yes, all our products are local stocks in store and ready to ship upon order confirmation.
You can contact us to check if we are able to restock the model/design that are sold out or those that you like but not in store. We will check with our supplier and let you know as soon as possible.
What are your payment options?
We accept online payments with all major Credit cards either through Stripe or PayPal, as well as offline payments such as Bank Transfer or PayNow. Banking or PayNow details will be provided upon checking out.
PayPal: You do not need an account to make payment through PayPal. As long as you own a debit or credit card, you may pay via PayPal.
**Please note that it may take a few days for your payment to be verified for first time users & we will only ship upon confirmation.
What are the available shipping options?
We currently offer 2 shipping methods for Singapore:
Normal tracked mail or Courier.
International Delivery: Courier worldwide.
Normal tracked mail (only for small items) – $0 FREE
Sing Post delivery within 2 - 3 business days to your letterbox.
Tracking number will be provided upon shipment via email.
Courier - $3 or FREE for orders of $50 & above,
Qxpress delivery within 2 - 3 business days.
Tracking number will be provided upon shipment via email.

International Courier - $10 onwards accordingly to your country,
Qxpress delivery within 4 to 30 days depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
You can check the delivery cost when you click check out. Your order will not be reserved until payment is made.
If your country is not listed, please contact us and we will add it in if it's available to our courier's delivery network.
Tracking number will be provided upon shipment via email.
How long does it take to process my order?
We will ship within 1 - 2 business day upon receiving payment.
During busy period such as Mega/Storewide Sale or Christmas Sales, it may take up to 3 business days upon receiving
payment.
What if I made the wrong order or entered wrong address?
Upon receiving your confirmation email after the order was successfully processed, please review your order. Should you have picked the wrong colour, quantity or provided the incorrect address, please email us immediately. We will make the amendments from our back end. Once the order is shipped, no exchange or refund will be allowed.
